appy Holidays! As 2011 comes to a close, we pause to count our many blessings and to make time for family and friends. We hope you had a fruitful year and we look forward to seeing you and your family once again, as you make your trek to the Christmas tree field to find your special tree.

Happenings …………

For animals this year: Our sheep will be waiting to greet you and you may see a hen running around the barn. And while you are there, you can give them some grain or swing on the swing.  We also have a beautiful, new, German Shepherd named Georgia watching over the farm.  She is 6 months old, all black with brown paws.

Dates and hours:  The farm will be open three weekends or until we sell out.

Opening day:                  Friday, 11/25.....................9 to 5                                                                                                                        Saturday, 11/26.................9 to 5

                                      Sunday, 11/27...................9 to 5

                                      Saturday, 12/3...................9 to 5

                                      Sunday, 12/4.....................9 to 5

                                      Saturday, 12/10.................9 to 5

Sunday, 12/11...................9 to 5     (final pick up day for all tagged trees)

Tagging:  We permit tagging only on our opening weekend.

Refreshments & fun:  Make an outing of it.  Find your special tree, warm up by an outdoor fire, sip on hot mulled cider, eat home baked chocolate chip cookies, listen to Christmas music and visit with friends in the carriage house.  Children will enjoy offering grain to the sheep, swinging in the barn, coloring, puzzling, climbing on our bouldering wall, hula hooping and the spontaneous fun that just happens …

Trees:  Choose and cut a tree out of our field of Fraser Firs.  Work up a sweat with the saw or one of our workers will be happy to lend a hand.  Help will be on hand to measure, assist with sawing or tying your tree on your vehicle.

Looking forward to seeing you soon.  We appreciate your patronage!
